Every order we send goes out in discreet packaging with no external sign.
As soon as you place an order, we start preparing your package.
Orders placed before 3pm will be sent out within 48 hours, unless specifically stated by email to the client. Orders placed over weekends will be processed on Monday (with the exception of public bank holidays). Our delivery partners are BPOST and DPD. We deliver to your home, anywhere in Europe, or in one of the 1250 BPOST Service Points in Belgium. Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link allowing you to follow the delivery of your package online.
- Deliveries are made to the address indicated in your customer account (online orders). This address must be in the agreed geographical area.
- Indicated delivery time does not include Sundays and/or holidays. The time is calculated from the day of the order (working day).
- The prices include: the transportation, the packaging and the handling costs.
- All shipments are done with a tracking number and a signature is requested at reception of the package.
- For international orders, customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order additional to shipping charges
You can also pick up your order directly at Scène Discrète head office, 31d Rue Reine Astrid – 1473 Glabais in Belgium.
Withdrawal can be done in the week depending on the availability of the person in charge. It’s up to you to choose the delivery method that suits you best!

Bpost Service Points delivery or standard delivery
Standard delivery or delivery in Bpost Service Points in the BENELUX is free for any order equal to or greater than 250€. Your order is shipped directly to the Bpost Service Points or with the package distributor of your choice.
Delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
Home delivery
BENELUX and France: Delivery is offered for any order equal or greater than 250€.

Returns
If the product does not suit you, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. The product you wish to return must be returned within 14 working days. We cover the return cost for Belgium.
We will refund the value of the item upon receipt of the package, provided that the following conditions are met: the item must be returned in its original condition, not been worn, with its label and be accompanied by the return form we sent you via e-mail. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have tags or other protective strips removed will not be refunded.
Articles bought during sales are not exchanged, nor reimbursed.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchange. For a new size, another model or another colour, make a return and reorder on the e-shop.
How to return a package?
